Founded over twenty years ago in the hamlet of Rialpo, in the municipality of Demonte, along State Road 21 of the Stura Valley, I Laurì is simultaneously a tasting point, a shop, and a gourmet laboratory. Here, you’ll find everything a lover of artisanal products could want. Alpine salmon trout, Sambucano lamb, game, prized chicken and rabbit breeds, and the Helix Pomatia Alpina snail are expertly processed in the workshops and smoking stations, where they become sliced meats, cured meats, smoked products, and much more. They are then sold and served directly in the adjacent shop/restaurant.
