In Perdioni, a quiet hamlet of Demonte overlooking the Stura River, Roberta and Mauro founded La Randoulina years ago. This word, meaning “swallow” in local Occitan, is the chosen name for the Occitan inn that Mauro and Roby built right next to their home. Here you can savor traditional dishes, made with passion and local produce. You can also stay overnight in one of the three en-suite rooms, furnished exclusively with period furniture.
The property is located just a few minutes’ drive from Demonte and is convenient for the many outdoor activities available in the area, such as hiking, cycling/mountain biking, canoeing, rafting, climbing, horseback riding, ski mountaineering, and cross-country skiing in the winter.
