The Pastificio Mëscià is an artisan workshop that preserves the tradition of fresh handmade pasta, using selected raw materials of the highest quality from local producers. The pasta factory is also a place of< social inclusion, where in addition to producing fresh pasta, training< opportunities are offered to people who wish to acquire new skills and reintegrate into the labor market. Each dish prepared with the pasta of #Mëscià carries with it the authentic flavor and fruit of the commitment of those who, thanks to the cooperative, find opportunities for growth and inclusion.

Emporio Margherita
Emporio Margherita, established in 2021, is a store that promotes the circular economy, giving new life to clothing and used items. Each item for sale is a piece of history that, through reuse, contributes to the reduction of waste and the preservation of the environment, where knowledge, objects and clothes gain value again.
But the Emporium is not limited to this: it is also a social project that supports social and labor inclusion, creating employment opportunities for people in fragile conditions. Every purchase made not only helps give new life to objects and clothes, but supports a more supportive and aware community.
The Mëscià Pastificio and the Emporio Margherita are both projects of the Cooperativa Momo, an organization actively working in the Cuneo area, involved in various fields such as social housing and migrant support, support for minors and youth, urban regeneration, community development, education, autism and job placement.
