All the love for the Earth
This small farm operates on the land of Vignolo and Cornaletto Sottano, a hamlet of Demonte in the middle Stura Valley. It grows fruit and vegetables with respect for the environment and nature, using methods permitted by organic regulations.
But Ilda, the owner,’s passion doesn’t stop there! For a few years, she’s also been growing Shiitake and Pleurotus mushrooms. She uses a good portion of her harvest to produce top-quality products such as jams, cold-dried fruit, syrups, soup mixes, fruit juices, and more!
Furthermore, the remaining hectares of the farm are reserved for pasture. Ultimately, we never tire of repeating it…the true essence of agriculture finds its home at Fragolina!
