La Demuntina Farm was born in San Pietro del Gallo, but the beating heart of the project is in San Pons, in the municipality of Demonte, where the farm store has been opened. This place is not just a store: for Valentina’s family it is home. San Pons has always had a special meaning for her and, with this choice, the family wanted to restore value to this place, transforming it into a meeting point for those who appreciate authentic and genuine flavors.

For six generations, Diego and his family have been carrying on the farming business. Since 2024, thanks to the synergy established with the Tobia Cooperative, the milk from their cows has been transformed into artisanal cheeses, fresh yogurt, butter and other excellent products. Valentina, who moved from Vinadio, decided to build a solid future for her family, rooted in traditions and the land.

The store in San Pons offers a wide range of fresh produce, enhanced by many other handcrafted specialties of the cooperative.
