Truite saumon\u00e9e alpine, agneau Sambucano, gibier, poulets et lapins de races r\u00e9put\u00e9es, ainsi que l&rsquo;escargot Helix Pomatia Alpina sont transform\u00e9s avec expertise dans les ateliers et les postes de fumage, o\u00f9 ils sont transform\u00e9s en charcuteries, charcuteries, produits fum\u00e9s et bien plus encore. Ils sont ensuite vendus et servis directement dans la boutique-restaurant adjacente. La coop\u00e9rative propose \u00e9galement un service complet de transport et de livraison, et fait \u00e9galement office de sup\u00e9rette pour certains produits de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.
